Plant Manager
This role is responsible for leading total plant operations which includes production, engineering, finance, and logistics, to maximize equipment and manpower utilization while meeting budget and timeline objectives. The focus is on driving operational excellence by reducing costs, improving productivity, and maintaining a robust quality management system to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance. You will also be expected to mentor and develop cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance standards and continuous process improvement
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering disciplines (Electrical ,Electronic or Mechatronics ) is required.
· Minimum 10 years of related working experience in an electronic manufacturing environment and added advantage if the candidate has experience in a power supply manufacturing environment
· Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English
· Computer literate.
· Hands-on experience in quality management system, process improvement, and production management
· Excellent leadership qualities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Resourceful, proactive, and dynamic individual.
· Advanced planning, coordination, and organizational abilities
· A hands-on approach to operations.
