Core Functions:
- Lead and execute operational strategies to drive productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production capabilities for both custom and proprietary products.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish and achieve long-term growth, profitability, and operational excellence objectives.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance results.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align manufacturing strategies with business goals and customer requirements.
- Evaluate and implement innovative purchasing, design, manufacturing, and distribution solutions that support business growth and customer expansion.
- Develop short- and long-range operational plans, budgets, and resource strategies to meet current and future business demands.
- Review and support new business opportunities, including product quotations, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen product development, manufacturing efficiency, and overall resource utilization.
- Develop and manage performance-based incentive programs and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and provide regular updates to executive leadership on key operational issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
