擬訂、規劃、督導及推動長異發動機維修股份有限公司安全衛生管理事項，並指導有關部門實施。連結區域/全球的安全衛生建立合作關系，共同啟動安全衛生文化和公司管理層。為長異發動機維修股份有限公司建立安全衛生標準及政策。
Leading Safety, Industry hygiene, Health and Environment for GE Aviation site and providing EHS input. Collaborative with Regional/Global EHS team and robust EHS culture with Business Leader and management team. To initiate and influence integration of related policies and practices into the business.

組別職務說明 Summary
The Plant Nurse will be responsible for development and implementation occupational health program for GE Aviation JV site in compliance with local regulation and alignment with Aviation Health standard.

The health check result and promotion programs by providing input to site EHS/Compliance Business Leader and/or management team for robust EHS/Compliance culture.

工作內容 Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment, periodic, and special health examinations, and follow up on abnormal findings.
• Review, analyze, and manage employee health examination data, and support health risk stratification and follow-up for high-risk cases.
• Work with occupational physicians to provide on-site occupational health services, health risk assessments, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.
• Support case management for illness and injury, return-to-work coordination, work restriction recommendations, and follow-up actions.
• Plan and implement workplace health promotion programs, health education, and employee wellness initiatives
• Support statutory health protection programs, including maternal health protection, ergonomic hazard prevention, prevention of diseases caused by abnormal workload, and workplace violence/unlawful infringement prevention
• Provide basic health consultation, emergency response support, and first-aid assistance
• Manage medical supplies and first-aid materials, and maintain related health records and documentation
• Execute corporate and aviation industry health management programs and requirements in alignment with headquarters standards, regulatory requirements, and site operational needs
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and company policy requirements
• Collaborate with EHS, HR, people leaders, and external service providers to implement employee health protection measures
• Perform other occupational health and EHS-related duties as assigned

任職資格 Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Valid nursing license
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in manufacturing, plant nursing, occupational health nursing, or an emergency room setting is preferred.

職務所需訓練及證照 Training and Certification

• Valid nursing license or certification required for practice.
• Completion of legally required occupational health nursing or worker health service training.
• Must meet applicable Taiwan regulatory requirements for occupational health service nurses.
• Must complete first aid, emergency response, health promotion, or other EHS-related training as required by the company.
