Roles & Responsibility
ZA is looking to fill a Plant Operator position to operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment in waste treatment plant.
Job Scope
- Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production processes
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain processes and systems. May need to take on night shift occasionally.
- Record operational data and prepare reports as required
- Coordinate resources required to ensure efficient process flow
- Ensure compliance of established operational procedure
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Requirement
- Minimum secondary education or relevant technical certification
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, good attitude, strong learning ability and a team player
- Prior experience in operating rotary kiln equipment will be highly preferred
