He is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing programs at his plant. Its mission starts from the end of the project acquisition (end of phase 1) until 6 months after SOP.
- Coordinate the assigned tasks of the program and ensure their fulfillment.
- In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and suppliers.
- According to the PMS, define the launch team and the necessary resources (workload, key competencies and necessary profiles) and coordinate their activities.
- Be the interface between the Program Manufacturing Leader (PML) and the plant.
