Plant Room Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Plant Room Supervisor to join our team for a prestigious commercial building maintenance and civil project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing plant room operations, ensuring the efficient functioning of HVAC systems, and maintaining safety standards. As a Plant Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, pump, plumbing, and helpdesk systems. You will ensure that all systems operate reliably and safely, performing routine maintenance and addressing any issues that arise promptly. Key responsibilities include: - Supervising the daily operations of the plant room and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC and other relevant systems. - Troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions in the systems. - Coordinating with other technical teams to ensure seamless operations. - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance. - Training and guiding junior staff in best practices for plant room operations. The successful candidate will have an ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in plant room supervision or a related area. Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are essential for effective communication.
