Plant Shift In-Charge - Lime

Supervise and allocate work for operators and technicians in the Lime & Dolomite Plant. Control daily production and maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, product quality, and safe working conditions. Document and report shift performance, incidents, and improvement needs to higher management.

Responsible for supervising operators and technicians, allocating manpower, and controlling production and maintenance activities during shifts. They are authorized to enforce safety and quality standards, take immediate operational and safety-related actions, and document shift performance. Their decision-making is limited to day-to-day supervision, resource allocation, and troubleshooting within established procedures. Any major modifications, production changes, or resource approvals must be escalated to engineers, senior supervisors, or plant management.
