Mixing plaster to the desired consistency. Applying plaster to walls and ceilings using trowels, brushes, or spraying equipment. Finessing the plaster application by smoothing and leveling the surface. Creating decorative textures or finishes as required by the project specifications. Ensuring all tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained after use to keep them in good working order. Adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
