PLASTER SUPERVISOR

We are looking for 2 full-time Plaster Supervisors / Plasterers for residential renovation projects under a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out plastering works for residential renovation projects

• Ensure plastering quality meets company and project standards

• Coordinate daily work activities on-site and meet project timelines

• Perform surface preparation, plaster application, finishing, and touch-ups

• Ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping at site

• Report work progress to site management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in plastering works (residential projects preferred)

• Able to work independently and under tight schedules

• Physically fit and willing to work long hours under site conditions

• 6-day work week commitment

• Able to communicate in basic English

• Team player with a responsible and positive working attitude
