Job Description & Requirements

1. Surface Preparation

• Cleaning and smoothing surfaces

• Applying bonding agents or mesh if needed

2. Mixing Plaster

• Using water and plaster material (gypsum, lime,cement, etc.)

• Ensuring the right consistency for the job

3. Applying Plaster

• Using tools like trowels, floats, and hawks

• Spreading layers of plaster by hand or machine

• Building up thickness in coats: base coat, scratchcoat, and finish coat

4. Finishing Work

• Smoothing or texturing the final surface

• Creating decorative moldings or patterns if required

5. Repairs and Restoration

• Fixing cracks, holes, or damaged plaster surfaces

• Restoring historical or ornamental plaster
