Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, breast reconstruction, trauma repairs, and congenital defect corrections.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments to develop individualized surgical plans tailored to patient goals and medical needs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including dermatologists, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Provide thorough postoperative care and monitor patients' recovery to achieve optimal surgical outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on surgical options, risks, benefits, and postoperative care protocols.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records and surgical documentation.
• Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies through continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in plastic surgery from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in plastic surgery is required.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE or willingness to obtain one.
• Proven expertise in performing complex aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
• Excellent surgical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
