Role & responsibilities
• Assesses current environment infrastructure, hosting and cloud platform, versions, integrations and spin-up mechanisms
• Designs the target Practice Environment footprint, topology and standard baseline configuration
• Leads provisioning of the pilot infrastructure, databases and inter-service communication components
• Defines environment management standards, representative data, access, and refresh approach
• Provides effort and budgetary estimates for the implementation roadmap
