Description

▎Own the overall architecture and long-term technical roadmap across product lines: define data flows, shared services, and boundaries between HIS, PACS, CRM, ERP, and the education platform.
▎Define the adoption strategy for healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, DICOM, terminology mapping) and author internal implementation guidance.
▎Define architectural standards for AI and LLM use in clinical settings: model lifecycle, evaluation gates, monitoring, explainability, and failure handling.
▎Own transactional data architecture across product lines: schema and data-model standards, partitioning and tenancy strategy, retention and de-identification policy, and the RPO/RTO target each system is designed to meet.
▎Architect the analytical layer: data warehouse or lakehouse design, ETL/ELT orchestration, and governed dataset delivery to BI tooling.
▎Design caching and messaging topologies at scale, including cache invalidation strategy, queue durability, back-pressure, and failure isolation.
▎Establish architectural standards for data governance, privacy, and audit trails.
▎Define Git branching and release strategy and CI/CD pipeline design across multiple product lines.
▎Mentor engineers, chair architecture reviews, and identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.

【BASIC QUALIFICATIONS】
▎8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years at an architect or technical lead level.
▎Currently hands-on: you have personally written, reviewed, or debugged production code within the last 12 months.
▎Experience decomposing an architecture into work items an engineering team can execute, and remaining accountable for the delivered result.
▎2+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare IT, hospital information systems, medical imaging, or clinical data integration (counted separately from the above).
▎Experience designing and building solutions that are scalable, performant, resilient, observable, and secure.
▎Proven experience architecting integration between heterogeneous clinical and enterprise systems (HIS, EMR, RIS/PACS, LIS, ERP, or CRM).
▎Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 v2 and FHIR; working knowledge of DICOM.
▎Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, API gateway patterns, and multi-cloud or hybrid deployment.
▎Experience designing systems that span public cloud and on-premises virtualized infrastructure.
▎Strong DevOps understanding: Git branching and release strategy, CI/CD pipeline design across multiple product lines, infrastructure as code, and production observability.
▎Ability to translate business and clinical needs into technical designs, and to communicate architecture trade-offs to both executive and clinical audiences.
▎Professional working proficiency in English for reading specifications, engaging international vendors, and authoring technical documentation.
▎Fluent Mandarin Chinese for internal technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
▎Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
