Platform DevOps Engineer

Join Jeen Talk and help build one of the most advanced Enterprise Conversational AI platforms. You'll develop production-ready Voice AI and Chat AI solutions used by enterprise customers worldwide, working on real-time voice infrastructure, AI orchestration, and modern web applications.

You'll be part of a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership, working closely with Product, AI, and DevOps teams to build scalable AI-powered customer experience solutions.

About the Role

As a Platform DevOps Engineer for Jeen Talk, you will lead DevOps for Jeen’s SaaS product. You will serve as the product’s primary DevOps owner, with end-to-end responsibility for infrastructure, Production availability, reliability, and development and deployment workflows. The role is designed to establish a scalable DevOps capability as the product and organization grow.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end cloud-native infrastructure for Jeen Talk, including Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for an active SaaS product.
• Lead CI/CD, deployment, and release-management processes using GitHub Actions, GitOps, and Argo CD.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and public-cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Establish and lead observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident-response capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotations, resolve Production incidents, lead postmortems, and drive preventive improvements.
• Partner with R&D teams to improve product performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop automation and scripting tools, and promote AI-powered code assistance and development practices to improve operational speed and quality.
• Build operational processes, infrastructure standards, and documentation that support the future growth of the DevOps capability.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in a SaaS company, including ownership of Production systems.
• Experience as a sole DevOps engineer, technical lead, or in a role with broad ownership of product infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure in a public cloud environment.
• Significant experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitOps, and Argo CD.
• Experience with Prometheus and observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Experience with on-call, incident response, incident analysis, and improving Production-system reliability.
• Strong scripting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, operate independently amid ambiguity, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure.
• Experience building and scaling Production infrastructure from the ground up for a SaaS product.
• Experience with AI products, LLM workloads, or Voice / Conversational AI systems.
• Experience with cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and efficient resource management.
• Experience managing or mentoring DevOps / Platform Engineering professionals.
• Experience using AI-powered code assistance or development tools.
