Platform Enablement Engineer
You will run time-boxed platform enablement engagements, applying established architectural patterns with senior guidance. You will maintain reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and CI/CD templates, document decisions and runbooks, provide short post-handover support, and identify recurring platform friction.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance using established patterns
- Run scoped enablement engagements and complete handovers
- Maintain reusable infrastructure-as-code modules
- Maintain CI/CD pipeline templates
- Apply engineering standards across engagements
- Provide structured post-handover support
- Maintain runbooks, onboarding guides, and decision logs
- Track engagement and support data
- Escalate recurring platform-friction signals
Requirements
- 4–6 years of infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering experience
- AWS
- CI/CD pipeline
- GitLab or equivalent
- Infrastructure as Code
- Terraform or equivalent
- Observability tooling
- OpenTelemetry, Honeycomb, or CloudWatch
- ITSM or workflow tooling
- ServiceNow or Jira
- Written and verbal communication
- Documentation
- API gateway experience is desirable
- Kong familiarity is desirable
- Internal Developer Portal familiarity is desirable
- VM provisioning and lifecycle management experience is desirable
- Nomad familiarity is desirable
- Vault familiarity is desirable
- Artifactory familiarity is desirable
