- User support: help internal users and dev teams get the most out of the platform
- Automation: build and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Continuous improvement: automate repetitive tasks and remove friction
- Agile delivery: work in an Agile team with engineers, data and security
- Cloud: hands-on AWS experience in production (must-have)
- DevOps: solid CI/CD and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible…)
- Scripting: Python, SQL or Bash
- Nice to have: Kubernetes, Snowflake, Coder or other self-service dev platforms, interest in AI
- Languages: fluent English; French is a plus
- Location: based in Lisbon or ready to relocate, valid Portuguese work permit
