Platform Engineer, Core Systems

You will own the bare-metal platform and shared Rust libraries that production services depend on. You will build reproducible host configuration, deployment tooling, observability, secrets access, and signing controls. You will operate validators, respond to incidents, and improve fleet reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own internal Rust libraries for logging, metrics, tracing, secrets, and configuration
• Build policy enforcement for signing and key access
• Own provisioning, configuration, secrets, delivery, observability, and on-call
• Make bare-metal host configuration reproducible
• Build production deployment tooling
• Operate Solana validators and supporting infrastructure
• Run and extend metrics, logging, and alerting systems
• Investigate and resolve production incidents
