Platform Engineer: Deploy Anywhere, Own Production

E-Plato in Milan seeks a DevOps/Platform Engineer to turn Socrate into a self-installing product across customer environments. You’ll build repeatable pipelines, modular Terraform, and Helm charts to deploy anywhere, including air-gapped networks.

You’ll work with our CTO on prioritization, extending AWS, Azure or GCP, and enabling secure, scalable installations in production. This role is on-site in Milan.

First 60 days: make installs repeatable with reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts From month 3: push-button deployments, automated path from contract to running instance, safe upgrades and rollbacks Ongoing: engage with customer IT, handle security questionnaires, and provide on-site or remote install support 4+ years in DevOps, Platform, SRE or Cloud with infrastructure you built Terraform (your own reusable modules), solid AWS plus Azure or GCP Kubernetes in production and Helm charts you wrote CI/CD and scripting in Bash and Python or Go A builder's mindset: no big team, no ticket queue Equity in E-Plato Ownership of production deployments
