Role Description

• MSS Platform Engineer provides day-to-day management and operations of MSS security technology platforms, maintaining and providing operational service associated with MSS technology solutions and performing updates, automate and operate to MSS security technology solutions.
• Provides management and operations of MSS system and data management, including the administration of data management platform to ensure the data are relevant to MSS team provides system performance analysis, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Performs day to day MSS technology platform (e.g., SIEM, Case Management platform, Threat Intelligence Feeds, SOAR ) tasks including configuration management, playbook and usecase management, updates and testing, fine-tuning, etc.
• Perform optimization and continuous creation on SIEM integrations based on Tier 2 and SecOps Leaders, and threat hunt feedback.
• Resolves complex system related incidents and problems.
• Responsible for security data addition and device onboarding to the log management.
• Administers users and roles and access to the system.
• Continuous update for searches, reports, dashboards and visualization.
• Creates and manages alerts.
• Manages all security and other data collected and stored by the MSS Team
• Implements, configures and onboards new data sources.
• Optimizes the MSS technology platform including storage and system performance.
