We’re looking for a Platform Engineer with strong Rust skills who has spent meaningful time building and operating cloud-native infrastructure that other teams depend on. You know Kubernetes well enough to design around how workloads actually behave in production, you care about reliability and performance at scale, and you’re comfortable working at the intersection of platform engineering and backend development. You’ll be contributing to the infrastructure layer of an AI platform used by enterprise teams around the world.

What You’ll Do:

- Build and maintain platform services and infrastructure components in Rust on Kubernetes-native cloud environments.
- Design and implement microservices that support the reliable delivery of AI and ML platform workflows.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and reliability risks across platform infrastructure.
- Define and promote engineering standards and operational best practices within the platform team.
- Collaborate with backend and ML teams to ensure platform components meet technical and product requirements.
- Contribute to technical planning and the long-term evolution of the platform architecture.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience in IT roles.
- 4+ years of experience using Rust as a primary language in platform or backend engineering.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native microservices architecture.
- Background in designing and operating distributed infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with AI or ML platform products and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and a reliability-first mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
