About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise SaaS analytics platform administration, data integration, APIs, SQL, Git, and Azure DevOps. A key requirement is the ability to take ownership of an existing platform with limited or undocumented knowledge.

Total Experience: 5-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and support enterprise SaaS-based analytics platforms in a large-scale organizational environment.

- Configure and maintain platform settings, users, access, data sources, integrations, and analytics capabilities.

- Monitor platform health, availability, data quality, and integration status.

- Troubleshoot platform, data, configuration, and integration-related issues.

- Establish operational procedures and best practices for ongoing platform administration.

- Work with Git and Azure DevOps data models to understand engineering and software delivery data.

- Design, implement, and maintain API-based integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms and internal systems.

- Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and analysis.

- Reverse-engineer platform configurations, integrations, data flows, dependencies, and operational processes.

- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Data, Security, and business stakeholders to understand platform requirements and priorities.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SaaS Platform Administration, or related technical role.

- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs.

- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of undocumented platforms.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
