Platform Experience Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design complex enterprise and lending workflows in Figma, including responsive and accessible user journeys.
• Translate business requirements, product specifications, and workflows into implementation-ready UX designs.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems, components, patterns, templates, and Figma libraries.
• Define UI standards, component usage, naming conventions, field behavior, states, variants, and responsive rules.
• Design complex forms with conditional fields, validations, dependencies, repeatable sections, error states, and role-based access.
• Ensure designs are scalable, consistent, accessible, and suitable for low-code/no-code platform implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, Engineering, Architecture, and Implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Review generated screens against Figma designs and improve design-to-code accuracy.
• Incorporate AI-assisted design and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate design exploration and production.
• Design experiences considering regulatory requirements, usability, performance, and customer-specific configurations.
