Platform Growth Associate German Language Proficiency
You will manage the operational lifecycle of CANVAS series, including review, curation, and scheduling. You will operate content management and scheduling tools, enforce brand-safety and content policies, coordinate platform announcements, and create and localize creator communications. You will monitor European trends for social channels, support virtual creator education events, and coordinate processes across global and local teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational lifecycle of CANVAS series, including review, curation, and scheduling
- Operate content management and scheduling tools for events, content releases, and feature rollouts
- Enforce brand-safety guidelines and content policies for published assets and series
- Coordinate with Trust & Safety and Legal teams
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product on platform feature announcements
- Draft, review, localize, and schedule creator engagement communications
- Monitor European trends and viral content for CANVAS social channels
- Support virtual creator-focused and education-focused events
- Act as an operational liaison between global and local teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital operations, content operations, web/mobile platform operations, or digital media
- Bilingual fluency in German
- Attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
- Experience with content management systems or scheduling tools
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in copywriting or copyediting user-facing content
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Airtable
- Ability to adapt to new processes and software tools
