Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support the on-going sales business development and support front line
Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies ,trade rules and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk ,and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform- related issues and support ad-hoc projects
Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation

Bachelor degree or above
3 years' experience in banking operations, private banking, wealth management, or platform support roles is preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting internal stakeholders
Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage maniple tasks
Proficiency in English/Chinese/Putonghua
Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional presentations
