Job Description

• Support execution of strategic initiatives, including transformation and remediation programmes
• Produce management reporting to track progress, risks, and performance metrics
• Partner across front, middle and back office teams to drive platform improvements
• Contribute to operational excellence through process optimisation and digitisation efforts
• Support governance activities, including risk controls and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Participate in working groups and cross-functional forums representing platform interests
• Assist with business continuity, outsourcing oversight, and organisational readiness initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Atleast 5 years of experience within private banking or wealth management
• Understanding of operational processes, risk frameworks, and banking platforms
