Platform Operations Specialist
You will build reconciliation and control infrastructure, lead audit remediation, scale operations across products and entities, own cross-functional projects, resolve complex financial issues, partner with Engineering and Product, create AI workflows, mentor analysts, and improve operational processes and tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale reconciliation and control infrastructure across products and entities
- Lead audit remediation workstreams
- Own cross-functional projects and resolve complex reconciliation and loss issues
- Partner with Engineering and Product to build scalable reconciliation and loss detection systems
- Trace recurring breaks to their root causes
- Build reusable AI workflows, templates, and standards
- Mentor and train analysts
- Create durable documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4-6 years of experience in financial services, banking, fintech, payments, or accounting operations
- Experience scaling reconciliation or operational processes
- Experience leading cross-functional projects independently
- Strong understanding of payment systems and money movement
- Experience designing or remediating controls and reconciliation processes
- Exposure to regulatory requirements such as MTL and SOX-style controls
- Strong SQL and data skills
- Demonstrated use of AI to build reusable automations and workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication
