As the Platform Product Manager for Transmission OT Solutions in Glen Allen, VA, you will lead a 12‑month initiative to deliver high‑impact digital products for Electric Transmission. You’ll guide in‑house and partner‑built platforms from concept to continuous improvement.

Role focus

• Drive the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery, testing, deployment, support, measurement, and iteration.
• Maintain a clear product vision aligned to business and user outcomes.
• Prioritize needs and manage the backlog with transparency and data.
• Unify cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors to deliver value on schedule.
• Define KPIs, track adoption and performance, and report realized value.
• Embed regulatory, cybersecurity, and data‑governance requirements into every release.
• Advance product management culture, practices, and methods across the organization.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of product management or closely related experience.
• Hands‑on experience across digital product strategy through optimization.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor engagement with engineering, IT, regulatory, business, and external partners.
