Platform Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Platform Program Manager to drive execution of platform development and integration programs from planning through delivery. You will work closely with Hardware, Software, Firmware, Validation, and Platform Integration teams to keep projects on track, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage customer communications, and ensure successful program execution.

What You Will Do

• Program Execution
  • Drive day-to-day execution of platform development and integration programs.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
  • Track program progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and customer commitments.
  • Support platforms bring-up, validation, customer qualification, and product readiness activities.
  • Escalate issues when needed and help drive timely resolution.
• Customer & Team Coordination
  • Serve as the primary program management contact for assigned projects.
  • Lead program reviews, status meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate customer communications, schedule alignment, and issue tracking.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements and deliverables are aligned.
• Process & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
  • Improve program-tracking, communication, and execution processes.
  • Help build scalable program management practices as the company grows.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within server platforms, firmware development, embedded systems, or related technology domains.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with server platforms, AI systems, or data center technologies.
• Familiarity with platform bring-up, hardware/software integration, BIOS, BMC, firmware, or system validation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification.
