Platform Support Engineer - Remote, AWS & Data Migrations

Truelogic seeks a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our Platform team as an independent contractor. You’ll serve as a dedicated technical resource for the Customer Experience (CX) team, owning onboarding, migrations, and complex platform requests with autonomy.

Work is 100% remote, with USD compensation reflecting market rates for senior platform engineers. You’ll collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality resolutions and customer satisfaction.
