Plating Engineer (Semiconductor/ Basic $4500)
Summary
Oversee semiconductor plating operations, optimize process parameters, and drive productivity improvements in a manufacturing environment.
Basic: $3800 - $4500
Mon – Fri: 7.45am – 5.45pm
Location: Joo Koon - Lok Yang
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee production scheduling and manufacturing operations.
- Establish process parameters to improve quality, stability, and productivity.
- Identify root causes of process, material, throughput, and quality issues.
- Implement solutions to improve output, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
- Maintain work instructions, drawings, BOM, and product documentation.
- Drive productivity projects, including automation, tooling, and fixture improvements.
- Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Support continuous improvement in product quality, yield, and technology.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with chemical handling.
- Experience in electroplating sector and exposure to Silver Spot plating will be an added advantage.
