Players Services Associate - Cherokee Springs

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions, provide directions and information to guests. Maintain daily operations outside of the Pro Shop.
- Picks up and drops off golf course guest in the parking lot.
- Meets and greets guests with a smile, giving proper directions and information to the guests.
- Keeps area free of trash and debris.
- Picks up range baskets and balls.
- Keeps cart fleet clean and in good repair.
- No supervisory or management authority.
- This position requires frequent standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Work is performed in an environment with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, and dust.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in golf operations is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the game of golf.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
