PLC Programmer

Job Highlights:

• The company is seeking a PLC Programmer with knowledge of PLC Ladder programming who can handle tasks from design, testing, and installation through to supporting the operation of automation systems

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and test PLC Ladder Logic programs using KOYO, OMRON, and WAGO PLCs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC and automation system issues.

• Work with the C# development team to integrate and test software with PLC systems.

• Install, configure, and test PLC and ready-mixed concrete plant systems at customer sites.

• Perform system commissioning and test both automatic and manual operations.

• Prepare and update PLC, I/O wiring, testing, and site documentation.

• Coordinate implementation plans and site readiness with customers.

• Provide user training and technical support.

• Analyze customer issues and prepare reports with corrective and preventive solutions.
  

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of KOYO, OMRON, and WAGO PLCs and PLC Ladder Logic programming.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
