Working Knowledge:
- Hardware: Rexroth / KEBA drives. I/O modules, basics of pneumatics, read electrical drawings
- Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with robot controller systems & software.
- Communication Protocols: Understanding of industrial protocols like Sercos / ProfiNet / Ethernet/IP / Modbus / Profibus.
- Robotic arms: multi-axes robotic arm overview and functioning principles
- Control Systems : factory automation environment & machinery / automated painting systems is a plus
