• Configure and customize MetricStream modules, including:

• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Compliance Management

• Internal Audit Management

• Issue Management

• Policy and Document Management

• Develop complex business rules, scripts, and custom components.

• Build and support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Perform impact analysis and troubleshoot application issues.

• Optimize application performance and ensure platform stability.

• Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.
