Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across client facilities

Perform preventative maintenance inspections on domestic water systems and related devices

Troubleshoot, repair, and replace water lines, recirculation lines, and sewer lines
-
Respond to emergency plumbing calls (e.g. blocked drains, leaks, broken water lines, gas odours)

Install new plumbing fixtures including sinks, urinals, faucets, and water heaters

Provide labour and material estimates for small plumbing projects

Coordinate inspections for contractor-performed work

Complete work orders within required timeframes using BGIS systems

Ensure all works comply with WHS, compliance, environmental, and quality standards

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices

Trade Licence / Qualified Plumber (Hydraulic Services Qualification)

Construction Industry White Card

Current Driver’s Licence

Minimum 2 or more years’ experience in commercial plumbing maintenance

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Experience in planned and reactive maintenance environments

Ability to provide accurate labour and material estimates

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and within a team
