We've already built successful plumbing and HVAC operations in Lubbock and San Antonio. Midland/Odessa is next!

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, gas lines, and water softeners
- Provide customers with repair options and estimates
- Complete job notes using mobile software
- Keep your company vehicle and equipment organized
- Deliver great customer service
- Work independently and take ownership of your jobs
- Help us build and grow our Midland/Odessa operation
What We're Looking For
- Current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman plumbing license
- Experience in residential and commercial plumbing service and repair
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Plumbers who take pride in their work and do things right
- People who like to stay busy and make money
- Self-starters who don't need constant supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
- Future leaders who want more responsibility as they prove themselves
