Are you an experienced plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to lead by example? Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for a skilled and dependable Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll take ownership of residential plumbing installation projects, lead installations in the field, and help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Lead and perform residential plumbing installations, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance.

• Install and replace water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water and drain lines, and other residential plumbing systems.

• Oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

• Provide guidance and hands-on support to installation helpers and apprentices.

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and identify effective solutions.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation processes and project updates.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Ensure all installations meet company standards and applicable plumbing codes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential plumbing installation.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and local plumbing codes.

• Ability to lead installation projects independently and mentor junior team members.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Texas plumbing license Tradesman or Journeyman active with TSPBE.
