Plumber/Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Plumber/Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely, accurate documentation

• Perform general repairs, including replacing light bulbs, filters, and batteries; plumbing and minor electrical work; basic carpentry; and small mechanical fixes

• Move furniture, appliances, and supplies as needed

• Operate trucks, electric carts, and other equipment safely

• Participate in 24-hour emergency on-call rotations

• Conduct daily campus inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

• Test and document life safety systems as required by code

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

• Assist with pool and spa care

• Help train staff members as needed

• Support set-up and breakdown for campus events
