Plumbing Project Manager – Palo Alto, CA

We are a large, growing Plumbing contractor that works on some of CA’s biggest and best projects. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package as well as great career-growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Plumbing Construction Projects that we have been awarded
• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners
• Select and monitor Subs
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working for a Plumbing Contractor
• Familiar with CAPlumbing ASPE Codes and requirements
• Knowledge working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen / Accubid preferred
