Plumbing Sales Consultant - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview

This isn’t a technician job. This role is focused entirely on sales. You’ll meet with homeowners, identify their plumbing needs, and present solutions they can trust. Our expert installation team handles the technical work, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their plumbing needs and recommend the right solutions
• Present clear, transparent pricing while communicating the value of our services
• Build strong customer relationships through professional follow-up and honest communication
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
• Follow up with leads and identify new sales opportunities
• Stay informed on plumbing services, products, and industry trends
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through the sale
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in plumbing sales

• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Ability to explain plumbing solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
