Customer Care & Dispatcher – Victory Plumbing (Savannah, GA)

$40K – $55K/year + $15 bonus for every after-hours call you book
Weekend and after-hours availability required

Victory Plumbing is a locally owned, family-operated plumbing company serving Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill and Garden City. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused dispatcher to run our daily schedule and be the first voice our customers hear.

What you’ll do

• Answer calls and book residential and commercial service appointments
• Own the dispatch board in ServiceTitan and send techs to the right jobs at the right time
• Keep customers updated on arrival times, delays and schedule changes
• Handle emergency and same-day calls, including on weekends and after hours
• Review work orders for completeness before jobs are closed out

What we’re looking for

• Customer service, dispatch, scheduling or call-center experience
• Friendly, confident and calm on the phone, even with frustrated customers
• Highly organized, able to juggle changing priorities
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Available to work weekends and after hours as needed
• Bonus: ServiceTitan experience or a background in plumbing, HVAC or home services
