Your New Role
Serve residential customers throughout Woodland, California, and surrounding communities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations safely and efficiently
Inspect plumbing systems and troubleshoot issues accurately
Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners
Deliver outstanding customer service during every service call
Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff throughout the workday
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
Follow company safety policies and plumbing industry best practices
Travel to customer locations within the local service area

1 to 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of residential plumbing repair, maintenance, installation, and replacement
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience presenting repair and replacement solutions to homeowners preferred
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and occasional weekends or emergency service calls based on business needs
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting, bending, crawling, and working in confined spaces when necessary
