Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by our dispatcher and/or Plumbing Manager.
- Inform Customers of company’s products and services.
- Present membership program on all non-membership calls.
- Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.
- Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional Plumbing service.
- Attend all weekly training meetings.
- Develop personal and technical skills.
- Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) + years of residential service plumbing experience.
- Familiarity with residential plumbing systems, applicable codes, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing leaks, installing fixtures, servicing water heaters, and resolving drain issues.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Professional, honest, and customer-focused, with the ability to build lasting relationships and earn customer trust.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results while working effectively as part of a team.
Compensation
- Commission based on sold repairs and products.
- Hourly pay for training and PTO.
