Your New Role
Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
Handle service calls from evaluation through project completion
Identify plumbing issues and present customers with practical repair solutions
Install and repair piping systems, including copper, PVC, and cast iron
Explain findings and completed work in a clear, professional manner
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and ready for daily use
Deliver a professional experience with every customer interaction

At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Experience servicing and repairing residential plumbing systems
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with light commercial plumbing service and repair
Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment
Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards
Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
