Plumbing Supervisor

• Lead and manage a team of plumbers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the progress of plumbing maintenance and repair activities.
  
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among team members.
  
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, drainage, and sewage systems.
  
• Ensure that routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks are carried out to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient system operation.
  
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to maintain system functionality.
  
• Ensure that all plumbing work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai
  
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify the quality of plumbing maintenance and repair work.
  
• Maintain accurate records of plumbing maintenance activities, repairs, replacements, and inspections.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports on plumbing system status, issues, and recommendations for corrective action.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in plumbing or pipe fitter
  
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Plumbing Supervisor, preferably in a facility maintenance or related environment.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, regulations, and standards in Dubai.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues.
  
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of plumbers.
  
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
  
• Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Valid UAE driver's license (if required for off-site work).
