Acropolium is looking for a Project Manager with 3β5 years of commercial experience to join our growing delivery team.
In this role, you will independently manage software development projects from planning to delivery, facilitate Agile processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients and engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of project delivery while continuing to grow professionally in an international environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project execution across cross-functional teams
Plan and maintain project timelines, backlogs, and Jira & Azure DevOps boards
Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, team capacity, and overall delivery health
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests
Prepare project status reports and communicate delivery updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align priorities and resolve blockers
Support release planning and ensure smooth software delivery
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and team efficiency
Communicate directly with clients and ensure transparent project delivery
Requirements
3β5 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager in software development
Experience delivering software projects using Scrum and/or Kanban
Experience managing web or SaaS development projects
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience managing project risks, dependencies, and changing priorities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English
Nice to Have
PMI (PMP or PMI-ACP), PSM, CSM, or similar Agile certifications
Experience working in outsourcing or outstaffing companies
Experience managing distributed international teams
Technical background or understanding of modern software development practices
