【PM】AI Server Product Manager

Acer’s AI Business Unit sincerely invites a Product Manager with experience in AI server-related domains to join our team.
This role requires a solid and in-depth understanding of server system architecture, including CPU, GPU, networking, storage, power, and thermal design, along with the ability to perform architecture analysis and support product specification planning.
The candidate will evaluate and support the optimization of thermal solutions (e.g., air cooling, liquid cooling, DLC) to ensure system performance and reliability in high-performance computing environments.
The role also involves collaborating with sales teams and aligning with end-application requirements to translate customer needs into product specifications and support project execution.
This position is suitable for candidates with server-related product experience and a strong interest in AI and data center applications, who can effectively drive product development and project execution within an established system and team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for AI server (GPU server / HPC / data center) product planning and full product lifecycle management (PRD → NPI → MP → EOL)
• Develop understanding of AI server system architecture (CPU / GPU / NIC / storage / power / thermal) and support architecture analysis and planning
• Plan and optimize thermal solutions (air cooling / liquid cooling / DLC) to ensure system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW / Thermal / ME / ODM / Lab) to drive product design and validation progress
• Support GPU enablement (e.g., NVIDIA / AMD platforms), performance tuning, and system integration
• Define and review server configurations (BOM / cost / performance trade-offs)
• Translate customer requirements (CSP / enterprise / AI workloads) into product specifications
• Participate in thermal design reviews, system validation, and issue debugging (thermal / power / performance)
• Coordinate ODM and supply chain resources (chassis / PSU / cooling solutions / key components)
• Work closely with sales / BD / FAE teams to support pre-sales activities and customer project engagements
• Stay up to date with AI server, data center, and liquid cooling technology trends (e.g., NVL, HGX, rack-level solutions)

• 將客戶需求（CSP / 企業客戶 / AI Workloads）轉化為產品規格
• 參與散熱設計審查、系統驗證及問題除錯（Thermal / Power / Performance）
• 協調 ODM 與供應鏈資源（Chassis / PSU / Cooling Solutions / 關鍵零組件）
• 與業務 / BD / FAE 團隊密切合作，支援售前活動與客戶專案
• 持續掌握 AI 伺服器、資料中心與液冷技術趨勢（例如 NVL、HGX、Rack-level Solutions）
