What You’ll Do

Courtyard by Marriott in Bettendorf is hiring a part-time PM Bistro Bartender for evening shifts, including weekends. If you’re outgoing and enjoy creating a welcoming bar experience, this role helps guests unwind with great drinks and friendly service.

Key responsibilities include:
- Take beverage orders and use suggestive selling/upselling
- Share specials and make menu recommendations
- Mix cocktails and serve alcoholic beverages (and food when needed)
- Run checks and payments in the POS system

What you’ll bring:
- 1+ years bartending experience
- Strong customer service
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends; dependable follow-through
- Willingness to cross-train as a barista

An Evening at the Bistro

You’ll come in for an evening shift at our Bistro bar at 907 Utica Ridge Place, get set for service, and welcome a mix of travelers and locals. As an outgoing presence, you help set the tone—keeping the space comfortable, moving at a steady pace, and staying dependable as the night picks up. Between guest conversations, you’ll keep your area organized, coordinate with the team as needs change, and wrap up the night with a smooth close so the next shift is set up well.
