【New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Delivery for DRAM Module】

• Lead development and successful delivery of next-generation DRAM modules.
• Drive end-to-end product readiness from engineering samples to mass production (MP), ensuring on-time launch and customer qualification.
• Collaborate with Business managers and R&D to arrange engineering samples and support early design-in activities.
• Facilitate PCB design implementation

【Supplier Strategy & Supply Chain Risk Management】

• Develop and execute second-source strategies for critical components, qualify and validate alternate vendors to ensure supply continuity and scalability.

【Process Optimization & NPI Efficiency】

• Resolve manufacturing bottlenecks by aligning process improvements with factory capacity constraints.
• Work with R&D and Manufacturing team on testing time reduction.

【Product Quality & Validation Excellence】

• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing team to prevent under-testing risks and improve reliability.
• Facilitate to define testing criteria for quality control prior to mass production.

【Program & Product Lifecycle Management/Change Management】

• Drive execution of new product roadmap.
• Manage product configurations and transitions, ensuring alignment with customer demand and internal schedules.
• Support continuous improvement and expansion into next-generation form
• PCN/ECN/EOL/EOSL related management.

【Inventory Management】

• Facilitate to dispose slow moving inventory through structured phased plans

【Customer Customization & OEM Support】

• Define and implement customized testing flows and quality standards for key OEM customers.
• Enhance testing scope and conditions based on customer-specific reliability requirements.
• Provide ongoing issue resolution and product adjustments to meet diverse customer applications.
