Core Responsibilities:
- To provide every guest with professional, efficient, and friendly service; to keep tables and chairs neat and orderly at all times
- Can describe all menu items: methods of preparation; prices as needed. Works within policy to accommodate guest's special food requirements.
- Perform all side work according to posted duties.
- Perform other necessary duties upon request
Qualifications:
- Commensurate or transfer skill set is primary importance
- Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- On the job training is available for applicants with stable job history.

Compensation Structure: $4.00 per hour base cash wage + customer tips.
Expected Total Hourly Earnings: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (combined base wage and tips).
The hourly base cash wage for this position is fixed at $4.00 per hour. Employees also customarily and regularly receive tips from customers. The total expected hourly earning range represents a good-faith estimate of average combined earnings based on historical shift data. Under Virginia law, if an employee’s combined cash wage and tips do not equal at least the state minimum wage of $12.77 per hour during any given workweek, the employer will compensate the difference to ensure full compliance.
